Dream On Me Duplex Stroller Review
If you decided to have your kids in a short space of time like I did, then you understand how important it is to have a duplex pram to cart them both at once. The Dream on Me Duplex Stroller is a great stroller and is highly convenient for me and the kids when we're on the move. The babies are kept safe, their views aren't restricted and the stroller is quite easy to wheel. Despite being a twin stroller I find it to be wonderfully light weight.
I was wonderfully surprised to find plenty of storage space for baby's day out requisites. I could store three bottles, a bag of toiletries and a change of clothes without appearing to overload the cargo basket. Yet with all this functionality, The Dream on Me Duplex stroller does not compromise on style. The sleek black is my personal favorite. And I quickly fell in love with the classy canopy. The two kids can be kept independent in the individually reclining seats and canopies that can be separately adjusted. I love using it and these are just a handful of the features you will also find endearing:
Features of the Dream On Me Duplex Stroller
The following are the features that you should know:
Individual Reclining Seats
It is not convenient to have a twin stroller if the kids cannot both be comfortable. Dream On Me give you 5-point reclining seats. And not tandem reclining for both babies. Each seat is independent of the other. This feature comes in handy if you have babies who somehow cannot keep their hands to themselves! I always end up separating the kids when one of them starts bothering the other especially if we're out shopping and my attention is taken up elsewhere.
The angle of recline is very ergonomic and I never feel like my babies are uncomfortable. The furthest back it can go is still a half-seated position so the baby doesn't lie prone. The leg support is just the right height, too. The design has also taken into account the cover of the canopies. So, when you're out on a sunny day, the little ones are always kept away from direct sunlight.
Safety on a stroller is always of paramount importance. The Dream On Me Duplex stroller comes with a five-point harness for both occupants. It gives me peace of mind to know that the kids' little fidgeting hands cannot possibly work out all the securing points on the harnesses. The harnesses go over the shoulders, hips and between legs. They prevent even the squirmiest of toddlers from accidentally leaving the pram.
The harnesses are also the most discrete that I have ever seen on a stroller. The generous padding isn't too bulky but gives sufficient comfort.
One-touch Rear Brake
This is another safety enhancement on the Dream on Me Duplex Stroller. It is well located and very responsive. I have tried testing it even when parking at a steeply inclined location in the park and it has worked adequately every time. All the wheels are safely secured and locked in place. This comes in handy when you're not at the handles. You know that the stroller will not roll away.
Swivel Front-locking Wheels
This stroller has definitely been designed to make life easier. The front swivel wheels make it very easy to steer. And since it is a double stroller, the ability to navigate tight spaces cannot be understated. A common downside of swivel wheels is said to be the unpredictable movement. But the Dream on Me Duplex Stroller counters this by having a locking mechanism for when you need to steer in straight lines. You can exploit both needs by locking one side and leaving the other side free for maneuverability.
Large Canopies with Peekaboo Windows
In the summer, I always want to keep the children away from direct sunlight and headwinds. The two adjustable canopies are especially important in the late afternoon when the sun is low. You can have them all the way down but still maintain a view of the little ones.
The canopies are stylishly designed so that when you push all the way back, the stroller still looks posh and uncluttered. I am picky about the design and I find the matching color of the canopy lining and harnesses to be a cool finish.

Easily Foldable & Compact
I live a fair distance from the mall and the park. So, I always need to drive rather than walk there. The Dream on Me Duplex Stroller easily fits into the station wagon boot. It folds neatly and this is where you appreciate the thought put into designing this stroller.
The front bar is removable and this allows for minimum wastage of space if your car trunk isn't as spacious. Once folded, the stroller is firm and can be carried in one hand.
